Clean hotel in an amazing building near to Patong beach and Patong, near Jonglyson and Bangla road and beach and hill. The location perfect and comfortable to everything clean tidy friendly. Again, walking distance to Instyle Bespoke Tailors. Deluxe queen room with breakfast. With an electric kettle and a fridge. The pool area is nice too. Everything good...

Had a nice stay for one night, everything was really good. Marvellous central location near to Thailand in the future and phatong beach 5mins walk. And it was at a medium distance from Sam's Steaks and Grill, ate there couple of times. The pretty friendly staff gave good recommendations.

Had a good stay for one night. The entire staff were very helpful and extremely friendly. The room was cleaned and available with air conditioning and the balcony, as for instance. The restaurant had light food.

I appreciated the stay. The hotel was relaxing, nevertheless I stayed for 29 nights only. I had fantastic and impressive room complete with sofa, air conditioning plus the balcony. A shower, hair dryers, and a bidet where very handy. The personnel was superbly friendly and exceptionally nice. The service here was friendly😃❤

Excellent value hotel, right place for a trip in Patong! Very friendly staff apart from that 1 member of staff, and brand-new room with very comfortable chairs, sofa, for instance. The best and comfortable position, in the heart of the town.

Wi-Fi was bad.

The location was secure - not far from restaurants, bars and cafes and bars around until 2am. It also was close to everything very good.

Convenient location, surrounded by markets and eateries. Good facilities including gym, pool, and rooftop bar. Helpful staff with flexible baggage storage options. Cozy rooms with soundproofing and spacious balcony. Replenished water bottles and hot showers available.

the value for money was excellent - I got a lot for what I paid. Secondly, the hotel's location was perfect. It was right above the night market and close to various shops and travel agents. Additionally, the staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that my requests were well catered for. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable and had a balcony with very comfortable chairs where I could relax in the cool air conditioning. They were also cleaned on a daily basis, which was a nice touch.

Everything was perfect, no improvements needed.

Like: Excellent Location & big, clean Room! It's right next to hrc but it's still quiet wen u're in your room so u can hav a peaceful sleep. 4 pillows & 2 small bolsters! Comfty bed! Gd internet connection. It is nicer den the photos to me. Accessible to many places. :) Will definitely go back to Centra Ashlee again in November!

Dislike: Slow lift? & there's only one for a 9-storey building, with quite alot of rooms.. Staff didn't prepare rooms before we check-in & we got to wait an hour because they were fully booked.
